• Lead cross-functional projects with engineering, operations, and go-to-market stakeholders
• Partner with product and engineering to enhance products for strategic customers
• Own execution of data labeling operations for key initiatives
• Provide regular progress updates to executive team
• Tackle the company's most impactful challenges

Requirements

• Strong technical background; CS degree ideal, minimum SQL/Python for data analytics
• 2+ years leading teams, developing products/operations, or SWE experience
• Strong problem-solving; operational/consulting experience a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset for building from scratch
