What you will do

• Originate and orchestrate original market-perspective content, including major research projects like the State of Reliability survey.
• Produce channel-native content for LinkedIn, newsletters, social threads, and short-form video to maintain a consistent brand presence.
• Build and evolve AI-assisted workflow systems and skill-based prompts to scale high-quality content production across multiple surfaces.
• Translate complex technical material from Engineering and Product Marketing into narratives that resonate with SREs and technical leaders.
• Manage distribution across social platforms, engineering communities (Reddit, Hacker News, CNCF), and owned channels.
• Coach team members and executives on building credible external voices, particularly on LinkedIn.

Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina, Colombia, or Mexico.
• Ecosystem fluency in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering (e.g., DORA metrics, observability, incident management).
• Strong instinct for creating content that resonates with technical audiences rather than generic marketing material.
• Proven experience in multi-channel distribution craft, adapting source material for different platforms.
• Genuine AI fluency at the workflow level, with experience building AI-augmented production systems.
• Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.
