Compensation: Gross salary from 7,000 EUR/month

What you will do

• Own new customer acquisition targets (New Billings, New Clients) and define the strategy to achieve them.
• Lead and scale user acquisition across Affiliate and Influencer channels.
• Optimize full-funnel performance in collaboration with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
• Develop forecasting and scenario models with Data and Finance teams to guide investments.
• Design and execute A/B tests and landing page experiments to unlock scale.
• Manage seven-figure monthly marketing budgets and report growth performance to the CMO and CEO.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing within high-growth SaaS, fintech, or digital products.
• Proven track record of owning and delivering against growth KPIs (user acquisition, revenue).
• Hands-on experience with Affiliate and Influencer channels.
• Strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and ARPU.
• Experience managing large-scale (seven-figure) monthly budgets.
• Ability to hire and develop high-performing teams of specialists.
