Radio Frequency Test & Evaluation Analyst (RF)

TL;DR

Radio Frequency Test & Evaluation Analyst (RF): Conducting standards conformance and interoperability testing of HF, UHF SATCOM, and VHF/UHF radio systems with an accent on MIL-STDs and NATO STANAGs. Focus on executing test cases, analyzing raw data, and utilizing specialized RF test equipment to ensure system reliability.

What you will do

• Conduct standards conformance and interoperability testing for HF, UHF SATCOM, and VHF/UHF radio systems.
• Develop test cases, execute tests, and analyze results to identify defects and issues.
• Assemble test stations, integrate Units Under Test (UUT), and ensure all diagnostic equipment has current calibration.
• Perform Test Readiness Reviews (TRR) and regression testing efforts as required.
• Prepare interoperability or Standards Conformance Test reports and coordinate weekly status meetings with stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with system developers to ensure technical problems are resolved and retested.

Requirements

• 8 years of specialized and/or military experience.
• Active Secret Clearance (must have to start).
• At least one professional certification in the area of specialization (e.g., Sec+, SecX, CSM, ITIL, or CTEP).
• Demonstrated experience with Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Audio Generators, and Vector Signal Analyzers.
• Familiarity with Department of War (DoW) operations and RF/IT systems.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.

Nice to have

• Demonstrated experience bench testing RF systems.
• Specific experience with HF (High Frequency) systems.
