What you will do
- Engage with customers via inbound calls to provide technical support and resolve inquiries.
- Perform step-by-step troubleshooting for web-related issues and mobile devices.
- Manage service requests including online registration, password resets, and account login problems.
- Navigate multiple internal systems and communication tools simultaneously during client calls.
- Collaborate with internal business partners to deliver accurate information and a responsive client experience.
- Meet and maintain performance metrics and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting mobile devices.
- Ability to resolve technical issues independently in a professional environment.
- Strong active listening and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to operate multiple technology platforms simultaneously in a fast-paced call center.
