What you will do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat regarding registration, transfers, renewals, and DNS management.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical domain issues, escalating complex cases to senior support or internal teams.
  • Provide clear, step-by-step instructions to guide customers through domain configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Educate users on best practices for domain management, security, and related products.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with hosting and website builder teams to ensure comprehensive customer solutions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with DNS, domain registration processes, and common domain-related protocols.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
