Salary: $218,000 – $250,000 annually

What you will do

• Partner with sales teams to provide ETF Capital Markets expertise on trading and liquidity during client meetings.
• Drive the ETF value proposition through tailored educational presentations and strategic thought leadership.
• Build and maintain senior relationships with broker-dealer trading desks to support ETF listings and distribution.
• Lead educational ETF events on liquidity, trading, and market structure to reinforce market leadership.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences, seminars, and professional meetings.
• Advise clients directly on trading strategy, execution, and ETF implementation.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in asset management, capital markets, or financial services.
• Deep expertise in ETF structure, including creation/redemption mechanics and capital markets dynamics.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg.
• Ability to travel 50-75%.
• Must be based in the US and comply with the workplace policy of 4+ days in-office per week.
