Location: US Remote
Salary: $20 per hour (approx. $3,200/month)

What you will do
- Manage patient-specific eligibility verifications with payers, claim submissions, and investigations.
- Resolve high-level escalations from patients, sales teams, and clinics using Salesforce.
- Coordinate workflows between departments to expedite project efficiencies and resolution of cases.
- Perform patient outreach via SMS, email, and phone to resolve escalated billing and status issues.
- Contribute to the modification of internal/external protocols and SOPs to expand product lines.
- Handle Protected Health Information (PHI) in strict accordance with HIPAA and security regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center (inbound and outbound capacity).
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with Salesforce.com.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid practices and medical billing/coding.
- Ability to maintain current status on HIPAA/PHI privacy and security training.
