What you will do

• Perform test planning and execution for IBS/Common Message Format (CMF) standards conformance and interoperability.
• Lead real-time test data collection and analyze results to draft thorough formal test documentation.
• Coordinate with Integrated Test Teams (ITT) and participate in Technical Exchange Meetings (TEM).
• Develop interoperability test points and data collection requirements for Combined Test Team members.
• Maintain secure access via SIPRNet and JWICS accounts.

Requirements

• Clearance: Top Secret/SCI is mandatory to start.
• At least 8 years of specialized or military experience.
• Certification in a relevant area (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, ITIL, or CTEP).
• Familiarity with DoD operations, IT systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Location: Must be based in or work on-site at Fort Huachuca, AZ.

Nice to have

• Experience with manned and unmanned Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems and sensors.
• Knowledge of ELINT collection, exploitation operations, or Electronic Order of Battle (EOB).
• Familiarity with Mil-Std 6018, 6020, or 6040 (USMTF).
• Operational experience in ELINT CPAD from platforms like P-8 Poseidon, RC-12 Guardrail, or RC-135 Rivet Joint.
