Associate, Product Management

TL;DR

Associate, Product Management (Asset Management): Driving management, governance, and development of product initiatives for Dimensional’s Irish and UK UCITS, UCITS ETFs, and Models with an accent on regulatory compliance and client onboarding. Focus on producing and validating product documentation, supporting ESG materials, and delivering regulatory reports like MiFID and UK Consumer Duty.

What you will do

• Support production of UCITS KIIDS/PRIIPS KIDS, EMT/EPT/EET templates, and regulatory reports like Solvency II, GroMikV, CRR II.
• Perform validation checks on produced data and materials.
• Deliver ESG-related materials including website disclosures, policies, PAI, and TCFD reports.
• Prepare business cases for new regulatory documents and track fund governance with process flows.
• Produce regulatory product reports for MiFID, Irish Funds CP86, UK Consumer Duty, Assessment of Value, and Stewardship Code.

Requirements

• Fluent English; German and Dutch preferred.
• Undergraduate degree, preferably in finance or economics.
• Experience in stakeholder management from asset management or consulting.
• Understanding of European/UK fund solutions and distribution preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Strong organization, project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
