What you will do

• Perform commercial tire services including dismounting, mounting, and repairing.
• Execute match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
• Inflate tires to prescribed PSI based on load requirements.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and safety policies, utilizing proper PPE and tire cages.
• Earn and maintain professional certifications, including TIA (Tire Industry Association).

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid driver's license and minimum age of 18.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to perform manual tasks and lift weights up to 75 pounds.
• Strong commitment to following safety procedures and working in a safe manner.
