What you will do

• Develop and enhance Dynamics 365 using Power Apps, configuration and JavaScript; support opportunity, account, product and sales process functionality
• Design, build and optimise Power Automate workflows to reduce manual processes like account creation, renewals, data cleansing and approvals
• Support integrations across CRM, SharePoint and ETL tools
• Handle acquisitions, data migrations and onboarding into core sales platforms; maintain product catalogue, pricing and sales templates
• Ensure clean data structures for downstream reporting, forecasting, commissions and financial processes
• Provide second-line support, improve system stability, performance and user adoption

Requirements

• Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK; documentary evidence required
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms
• Experience developing with Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate
• Understanding of CRM data models, entities and relationships
• Experience supporting operational business processes through system solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and ability to work independently

Nice to have

• JavaScript for CRM customisation
• Experience with acquisitions or complex data migrations
• Knowledge of SQL, ETL tools or data integration patterns
• Experience in sales operations or business systems teams
