What you will do

• Develop and maintain the joint roadmap for Cloud (AWS) and Local Infrastructure teams.
• Manage the joint backlog, writing technical user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-team initiatives, including platform rollouts and infrastructure migrations.
• Coordinate infrastructure projects and changes with application teams to align timelines and dependencies.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders in security, architecture, finance, and senior management.
• Track program delivery, platform adoption, and cost trends using metrics to inform continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years in a technical role (DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Architecture).
• At least 3 years in a Product Owner, Technical Program Manager, or Delivery Lead capacity.
• Conceptual understanding of AWS and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC, container orchestration).
• Experience writing technical user stories for senior engineering teams.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English for executive-level briefings and reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience in energy, utilities, or other regulated, mission-critical sectors.
• FinOps fluency, including cloud cost optimization and allocation.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Prior hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, or GitLab CI.
• Product management (CSPO, SAFe POPM) or AWS certifications.
