What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to shape solutions and define needs in ambiguous environments.
• Lead problem discovery, continuous lightweight research, rapid experiments, prototyping, and validation.
• Design coherent AI-native experiences accounting for hallucinations, latency, and model limitations.
• Balance speed and quality, ship MVPs in increments, iterate with user feedback while maintaining long-term vision.
• Manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and scale product experience through patterns and feedback.

Requirements

• Proven startup experience with adaptability and flexible processes.
• Experience designing AI-powered or complex systems with systems-thinking approach.
• Clear communication explaining trade-offs, constraints, and design reasoning.
• Ability to validate assumptions via experiments, prototypes, or user insights; define and use success metrics.
• Hands-on user research, analytics, usability testing, interviews.
• Independent design process drive with high collaboration; focus on user problems and business outcomes.
• Basic technical understanding of modern web technologies; high curiosity about AI and UX.
