What you will do

• Architect AI Landing Zone with Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, Power Platform, Fabric, and Copilot ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Design integration patterns with core systems like SIS, LMS, SSO, and data sources for interoperability.
• Evaluate technology options and define requirements for AI use cases of varying complexity.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, cost management, and MLOps for platform maturity.
• Review designs, prototypes, and deployments for architectural alignment and provide technical leadership.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, data leads, developers, and stakeholders on technical direction and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Location: Preferred NYC; open to remote East Coast only
• Expertise in cloud/enterprise architecture, especially Azure AI services.
• Strong knowledge of identity, security, compliance (FERPA, WCAG/508), and data governance.
• Experience designing scalable AI/cloud platforms and integrating enterprise systems.
• Skills in technical feasibility evaluation, performance optimization, MLOps, and CI/CD.
• Strong communication for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
