What you will do

• Assist users with issues on laptops, phones, or office AV equipment
• Work with macOS, Windows, Linux, Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira
• Set up new joiners with necessary technology
• Perform device setups using management systems for laptops and phones
• Write internal and user-facing documentation
• Handle IT service requests via tickets, in person, Slack, or email, escalating when needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Very familiar with at least 2 of Windows, macOS, Linux: upgrades, app installs, troubleshooting
• Proficient in Google Workspace Suite (preferred) or MS365
• Experience with MDM like Jamf or Intune
• Service mindset and enjoyment in helping others
