What you will do

• Define and own the target enterprise data architecture, ensuring data domains and assets are aligned across the organization.
• Ensure data initiatives contribute to a single, integrated source of truth to avoid duplication and siloed solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate decision-making needs into scalable, outcome-driven data designs.
• Guide technology teams on implementation and ensure alignment with enterprise platforms like Snowflake.
• Establish and promote standards for data modelling, integration, and reuse across federated teams.
• Contribute to the Business Data Strategy and roadmap to ensure long-term scalability and value.

Requirements

• Experience designing and implementing data architectures in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, data integration, and data platforms, specifically Snowflake.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear data design focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience with data governance, master data management, and data quality concepts.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills within a matrix environment.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
