What you will do

• Lead development of production-grade frontend features from interactive prototypes.
• Coordinate team workflow while staying heavily hands-on in coding.
• Collaborate with frontend/backend teams on system integration and modern APIs.
• Own technical delivery, solve problems, and meet tight deadlines.
• Promote code quality, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Apply AI-assisted techniques for prototyping, code migration, and features.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading frontend teams in complex product environments.
• Strong expertise in modern JavaScript ecosystem.
• Excellent communication to explain concepts to engineers and stakeholders.
• Experience with AWS and Kubernetes deployments.
• Strong problem-solving and context-switching between leadership and hands-on work.
• Passion for engineering efficiency and SDLC optimization in agile teams.

Nice to have

• Experience building/scaling frontend projects from scratch.
• Familiarity with design systems like Storybook.
• Backend-for-frontend or server-side tech experience.
• Knowledge of Go or close collaboration with Go backends.
