Location: Hybrid (Vilnius office, 2 days recommended but not enforced)

Salary: €2,583 - €3,500 gross per month

What you will do

• Collaborate with carriers to ensure timely and accurate invoices and specifications, resolving discrepancies;
• Inject data into internal systems for analysis accessibility;
• Analyse, reconcile, check, and approve vendor invoices against agreed terms;
• Use data tools to detect inconsistencies and propose corrections;
• Work with accounting, financial control, and other teams on shipping costs;
• Approve invoices within deadlines for month-end closing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Data Analytics, Econometrics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, or related (or equivalent experience);
• Background in finance, data analysis, or related fields;
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting large financial datasets;
• Familiarity with financial concepts; finance/accounting experience preferred;
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation, queries, reports;
• Experience with Google BigQuery and SQL;
• Excellent spoken and written English;
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
