Salary: 2500 - 2700 EUR gross

What you will do

• Manage reported trading data issues through end-to-end incident ownership and client communication.
• Investigate and resolve data flow issues using Linux server environments and data management tools.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to coordinate releases and deploy bug fixes.
• Drive continual service improvement initiatives to reduce recurring data issues.
• Analyze and optimize existing data flows within the application to support scalability and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a data analyst, data operations, or technical support role.
• Hands-on experience working in Linux environments and with data troubleshooting.
• Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid setup).
• Strong English communication skills for collaborating with international teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with market data, trading data, or financial messaging protocols (e.g., FIX).
• Prior experience in trading, capital markets, or a regulated financial services environment.
• Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
