TL;DR

Location: Vilnius, hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office

What you will do

• Manage market data vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, service levels, and performance monitoring.
• Track market data spend with Finance and Procurement, prepare financial reports, and identify cost optimizations.
• Lead ISV registration and certification with global exchanges for technical and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Risk, and Technology on vendor needs, regulatory changes, and implementations.
• Maintain centralized library of exchange documentation, margin models, and vendor updates for reporting and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5+ years in market data management, financial services, or vendor/procurement.
• Strong vendor relationship management and cross-functional prioritization skills.
• Clear communication in collaborative, matrixed environments.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, data analysis, and Excel or similar tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with global exchanges or ISV registration processes.
• Familiarity with capital markets regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of procurement, contract lifecycle management, or vendor risk assessment.
