What you will do

  • Support patients through a range of conditions primarily via email.
  • Handle UK market support during mid-shift/night shifts.
  • Collaborate remotely with doctors, pharmacies, and delivery partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve products, processes, or service.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer care or equivalent (hospitality, email support, call center, retail).
  • Passion for health and wellness, interest or experience in healthcare.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to use various tones.
  • Familiarity with computer skills and customer service software (Mac and Google Suite a plus).
  • Team player who anticipates needs and supports customers in tricky situations.
  • Willing to learn new industries and skills.
