What you will do

• Provide top-notch customer service as the first point of contact for clients.
• Coordinate NEMT services including scheduling, routing, dispatching, and prior authorizations.
• Schedule paratransit transportation considering specific passenger needs.
• Address and resolve transportation disruptions promptly.
• Maintain quality standards, meet KPIs, and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated through ongoing training on industry trends and product knowledge.

• Location: Makati City (100% Onsite, shifting schedules including holidays, weekends, graveyard shifts)
