What you will do

• Build and maintain demos, sample apps, reference architectures, and technical tools to showcase product capabilities.
• Create high-quality technical content, including blog posts, documentation, videos, and conference presentations.
• Represent the company at events, meetups, and within developer communities.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to identify and resolve developer friction.
• Engage with the community through GitHub, forums, and social channels to provide support and feedback.
• Contribute to open source projects and integrations.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering background with a track record of shipping real projects.
• Ability to write clear code samples, tutorials, and technical content for developers.
• Deep curiosity and knowledge of networking, infrastructure, security, identity, and cloud systems.
• Excellent communication skills and experience speaking to technical audiences on stage or camera.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Go, WireGuard, VPNs, or identity and access control products.
• A visible history of technical writing, open source contributions, or community leadership.
• Experience with homelabs, self-hosting, or local AI model deployments.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust and modern infrastructure security patterns.
