Senior Technical Writer (BI/Data Analytics)

What you will do

• Lead the content strategy and Information Architecture (IA) design for the developer documentation site.
• Overhaul the documentation IA and migrate content to a Docusaurus-based infrastructure.
• Implement an AI-First Design strategy using llm.txt standards to optimize content for LLMs.
• Produce intent-based API and SDK documentation, feature guides, and release notes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to migrate high-priority endpoints to OpenAPI 3.0 specs.
• Develop and maintain interactive code samples and the Compose SDK playground.

Requirements

• English: Mother-tongue or mother-tongue equivalent proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine.
• 4+ years of experience authoring complex technical documentation for developers.
• Deep experience with SDK/API documentation, REST APIs, and OpenAPI.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, and tools like Git and various IDEs.
• BA/BS in Computer Science, English, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docusaurus, MDX, and modern static site generators.
• Knowledge of BI, data analytics, and big data technologies.
• Familiarity with React, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience writing documentation in Markdown format.
