What you will do

• Craft original, clear, and high-converting copy for landing pages, paid ads, app store descriptions, newsletters, and social media.
• Partner with the CRO team to develop copy variants for A/B tests and website experiments.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative insights to optimize headlines and messaging using a data-first approach.
• Create SEO-friendly content to improve search rankings while maintaining a natural tone.
• Manage multiple projects and tickets simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
• Research the cybersecurity industry and competitors to ensure messaging remains cutting-edge.

Requirements

• Native-level English skills.
• 4+ years of experience in tech copywriting; conversion copywriting experience is a plus.
• "Performance over poetry" mindset, focusing on succinct writing that drives action.
• Experience with the basics of A/B testing and data-driven iteration.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to translate vague product requests into sharp value propositions.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Vilnius, Lithuania.
