Fullstack Engineer (AI)

hirify.global is a global game localization and audio production agency developing Alocai, an AI-powered localization platform used by indie to AAA studios.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the codebase and technology infrastructure for the Alocai platform.
• Build backend services (Python) and user-facing features (React) from API design to implementation.
• Translate wireframes into scalable, testable, and well-structured code.
• Leverage AI-powered coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, etc.) to optimize development and review workflows.
• Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure reliability.
• Collaborate on technical architecture and contribute to decisions on scalability and modularity.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience with agile methodologies.
• 2+ years of professional experience with Python in a backend or full-stack capacity.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with experience in React.js.
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Demonstrated practical use of AI-assisted development tools in daily workflows.
• English: Fluent communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in the CET timezone or be able to work from the Berlin office.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and implementing RAG pipelines.
• Familiarity with vector databases, prompt engineering, or agent orchestration.
• Experience with container-based deployment (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with frontend build tooling (Babel, Webpack, NPM).
