What you will do

• Design global personalized search/recommendation strategies, adapting content/UI to local regulations.
• Own user lifecycle (AARRR) and journey analysis, building lifecycle-based recommendation/ranking systems.
• Drive 1:1 personalization via user tagging and algorithmic targeting.
• Own core growth KPIs including new user conversion, 7-day transaction, and retention.
• Collaborate with algorithm/engineering/global teams to iterate data-driven strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years in search/recommendation/growth PM, owning growth KPIs.
• Deep understanding of recommendation algorithms (ranking/ad/lifecycle).
• Experience with global products and regulatory compliance.
• Strong data skills; fluent English for global collaboration.
