What you will do

• Lead crypto product strategy across trading, borrow/lend/earn, custody, on-chain settlement, and tokenization.
• Own flagship initiatives end-to-end, including multi-asset cross-margin, licensing build-out, and on-chain issuance for partners.
• Drive partnership programs from ideation to growth with broker-dealers, exchanges, custodians, and neobanks.
• Engage directly with US regulators (NY DFS, SEC, FinCEN, FINRA) to integrate regulatory requirements into the product roadmap.
• Build and mentor the crypto PM team, setting high standards for product delivery and quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or startup leadership.
• Senior-level ownership of regulated crypto products at production scale.
• Direct experience navigating US crypto regulatory frameworks (NY DFS BitLicense, SEC, FinCEN, FINRA).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or an equivalent field.
• AI-native PM workflow with AI integrated into daily operations.
• Must be based in North America or the EU.

Nice to have

• Hands-on Web3/on-chain engineering fluency (wallets, L1/L2, atomic mint flows, MEV).
• Experience with tokenized money market funds, RWA issuance, or other regulated tokenized assets.
• Direct experience launching prime brokerage or cross-margin products at scale.
• Background combining regulated financial product context with crypto-native infrastructure.
