We are looking for a Senior/Lead Product Manager (Web3)
An IT holding building a Web3 ecosystem (DEX, educational products, memepad, etc.) is looking for a strong product leader to drive key product directions and influence product strategy.
▪️What you’ll do:
▫️Shape product vision and strategy
▫️Lead product discovery: hypotheses, research, A/B tests
▫️Own the roadmap and prioritization
▫️Work closely with Dev, Data/AI, UX and Legal
▫️Define and develop product metrics
▫️Launch and scale monetization together with growth/marketing
▫️Manage a product team (PM, BizDev, analyst)
▪️What we expect:
▫️5+ years as a Product Manager in Web3
▫️Experience launching products from scratch and bringing them to market
▫️Experience working in a startup environment
▫️Strong data-driven mindset and hands-on work with metrics
▫️Practical experience in discovery, UX and requirements setting (PRDs, user stories)
▫️Experience handling multiple products or streams in parallel
▫️Skills in monetization and growth
▫️English level B2 or higher
