What you will do

  • Handle orders for customer portfolio in GDSN data pool and retailer portal
  • Document and archive customer orders in ticketing system
  • Manage individual customer communication
  • Ensure correct billing of services according to pricing
  • Maintain customer master data in CRM system
  • Contribute to projects and build knowledge on GDSN data maintenance
  • Take on general administrative and commercial tasks

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken German and good knowledge of English
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, degree, or career changer with commercial background
  • Ability to quickly familiarize with complex topics
  • Understanding of and interest in technical processes
  • Ideally prior experience in customer service
