What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value institutional and VIP customers across various products.
• Provide prompt support and technical guidance on system usage, including API integration.
• Act as the first line of support for all account and system-related issues.
• Represent VIP customers' needs to internal account, finance, risk, and product teams.
• Collect customer feedback and manage projects to implement required product changes.
• Deliver timely system and product updates to ensure customers are aware of major changes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a client or trading desk support role within financial services.
• Solid understanding of trading platforms, exchange operations, order types, and execution processes.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency concepts, blockchain transactions, and derivative trading products.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is mandatory for coordination with overseas partners.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation as required by business needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues under high pressure.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience in API trading.
• Deep knowledge of futures and other derivative trading products.
