What you will do

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform to ensure high availability and performance.
• Design and implement configurations using Flows, validation rules, and automation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with best practices.
• Own the operational lifecycle of the platform, including releases, changes, and system updates.
• Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support KPI-driven decision-making.
• Ensure high data quality, consistency, and system integrity.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a valid Salesforce Administrator Certificate.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including Flows, objects, and permissions.
• Solid understanding of CRM processes, specifically Sales and Service.
• Experience with release and change management processes.
• Knowledge of integrations using REST APIs and common middleware patterns.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
