What you will do

• Automate daily workflows to address operational pain points.
• Replace legacy Excel VBA solutions with more robust software.
• Build prototypes and tactical tools to prove new operation and analytics ideas.
• Develop software using C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Python.

Requirements

• Coding experience in C#/Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python/R.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Willingness to learn business domain knowledge alongside programming practices.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in C#, TypeScript, and Python to build solutions from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of mathematics and statistics (matrices, correlation, standard deviation).
• Experience with Excel and VBA.
