Product Manager - Redline (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage, coach, and develop a team spanning Product Management, Sales Engineering, and Technical Account Management.
• Act as a player/coach by directly owning high-impact discovery, strategic pre-sales engagements, and key customer escalations.
• Own the post-sales technical relationship for a portfolio of Redline customers, serving as a trusted advisor through regular touchpoints and QBRs.
• Lead customer discovery and architecture workshops to translate business needs into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Develop deep expertise in Redline products and translate market inputs into a prioritized backlog in partnership with Engineering.

Requirements

• Experience leading or mentoring technical, customer-facing teams with a proven ability to deliver through others.
• Strong knowledge of low-latency trading technology, market data, and execution systems.
• Programming proficiency in C/C++ and/or Java, familiarity with Linux performance tuning, and scripting (Python/shell).
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and manage professional escalations.
• Must be based in or be able to work in a hybrid capacity from London.

Nice to have

• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/UDP, multicast, packet capture/analysis).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
