What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Red Hat partners and vendors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and execute sales strategies to grow market share.
  • Drive year-over-year profitability through forecasting, margin management, and P&L oversight.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, engineering, marketing, and finance.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and deliver presentations to executive and technical audiences.
  • Translate global strategies into local market success using data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in strategic sales or business development in technology, distribution, or related industries.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven track record driving profitability growth and closing complex, solution-based deals.
  • Strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and experience with P&L, forecasting, margins.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and foster collaboration with Center of Excellence engineers.
  • Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences.
