What you will do

• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in semiconductor, electronics, and adjacent industries.
• Develop and execute idea generation strategies through workshops, networking, and digital marketing channels.
• Create detailed solution proposals and business cases based on customer needs and robust value propositions.
• Implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, including competitor analysis and go-to-market plans.
• Prepare and negotiate client proposals to win new business while meeting revenue and profit goals.
• Partner with business development teams to evaluate strategic opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in product development, marketing, and sales within dynamic growth environments.
• Experience in business exploration within technology, semiconductor, or capital equipment industries.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders both internally and externally.
• English fluency required.
• Must be local to North Reading, MA; no visa sponsorship available.
• Availability for intermittent travel and calls outside of normal business hours.
