What you will do

• Provide financial support to business partners through data analysis, forecasting, and spending trend tracking.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to prepare the quarterly Plan of Record (POR).
• Execute monthly financial close processes and provide detailed variance explanations.
• Maintain journal entries in compliance with corporate accounting standards and policies.
• Review and approve purchasing requisitions in partnership with finance controllers.
• Support department-wide initiatives focused on process standardization, automation, and workflow improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Must have unrestricted permanent right to work in Costa Rica.
• 0-1+ years of practical experience in financial, accounting, or business roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Advanced expertise in financial analysis and interpreting data using enterprise systems.
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written).

Nice to have

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI.
