What you will do

• Design and develop store-specific, data-led planograms to optimize sales density and stock turn.
• Use range and space tools to validate layout decisions based on commercial logic and customer behavior.
• Analyze reports to provide recommendations for category reviews.
• Collaborate with Range & Space and Commercial teams to implement planograms.
• Manage shifting priorities during range reviews and troubleshoot system issues.

Requirements

• Graduate qualification in business studies, a quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Technical skills in coding, formula building logic, and automation.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with coding languages for business analysis (BigQuery and DataStudio preferred).
• Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne.

Nice to have

• Experience with BY Space/Floor/Range or TCS Optumera products.
• Knowledge of clustering methodology and other merchandising software.
• Proven track record of delivering major reviews on time.
