What you will do

• Lead the architecture and delivery of scalable full stack applications and AI-integrated engineering solutions.
• Drive adoption of AI-native development workflows to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery velocity.
• Mentor developers across frontend, backend, and cloud initiatives while establishing coding standards and CI/CD processes.
• Implement secure REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and complex third-party platform integrations.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies, agentic frameworks, and LLMOps practices into enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and product teams to define technical roadmaps.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience with .NET/C#, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Expertise in Azure services including App Services, Event Hub, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps.
• Must be based in Plano, TX (Onsite).
• Advanced proficiency with AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude, Copilot) and agentic frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
• Strong understanding of RAG pipeline architecture, vector search, and managed AI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, OpenAI).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks or Azure Data Platform.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Background in enterprise retail, commerce, payment gateways, or POS integrations.
• Experience leading distributed or offshore engineering teams.
