What you will do
- Provide first-level software and hardware support via phone and remote access.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on hardware and software.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain network connections and computer systems.
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard images and software.
- Maintain network servers, including Active Directory, file servers, and print servers.
- Manage IT equipment inventory and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 5-10 years of professional experience in IT support.
- Perfect English language proficiency is a must.
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory is mandatory.
- Mandatory expertise in networking, including VPN, virtualization, firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Experience with VMware and servers/storage from vendors like Dell, HP, or IBM.
Nice to have
- CCNA and MCSE knowledge.
- Excellent usage of Google Suite.
