What you will do

  • Provide first-level software and hardware support via phone and remote access.
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on hardware and software.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain network connections and computer systems.
  • Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard images and software.
  • Maintain network servers, including Active Directory, file servers, and print servers.
  • Manage IT equipment inventory and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • 5-10 years of professional experience in IT support.
  • Perfect English language proficiency is a must.
  • Deep knowledge of Active Directory is mandatory.
  • Mandatory expertise in networking, including VPN, virtualization, firewalls, switches, and routers.
  • Experience with VMware and servers/storage from vendors like Dell, HP, or IBM.

Nice to have

  • CCNA and MCSE knowledge.
  • Excellent usage of Google Suite.
