What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal users facing technical issues with Trading OMS/PMS systems.
• Provide timely and effective resolution to technical support tickets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for future reference.
• Conduct training sessions for users on system functionalities and best practices.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in system performance and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical support roles, preferably within hedge funds or the financial industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems, including trading platforms, risk management tools, and data analysis software.
• Familiarity with databases, SQL queries, coding capabilities, and network troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.

Nice to have

• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Certifications in relevant technologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and regulatory requirements in the financial sector.
• Proficiency in scripting languages or automation tools.
