Customer Success Specialist (Market Research): Managing the transition of clients to the One Platform (Discover) with an accent on user adoption and satisfaction. Focus on delivering actionable recommendations, conducting client onboarding, and identifying growth opportunities within strategic accounts.

Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan. Must be living in Almaty

What you will do

  • Drive adoption and engagement of the One Platform (Discover) among client users to demonstrate clear ROI.
  • Manage client onboarding and provide effective training on platform features tailored to business needs.
  • Analyze POS-related data to develop fact-based answers to complex business questions and co-develop use cases.
  • Deliver high-level presentations and actionable recommendations to strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with account management to identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Coordinate client services locally and regionally to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Math, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Must be living in Almaty.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • 0-2 years of experience in Marketing or Sales departments (Consumer Electronics or Retail Category Management is a plus).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to address real-world business problems.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Consumer Electronics (MDA, SDA, CE, IT/OFFICE/TELECOM).
