What you will do

• Administer and support trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, cTrader, and related bridge technologies.
• Configure trading products, spreads, mark-ups, commissions, rebates, margins, and trading groups.
• Liaise with liquidity providers and vendors to maintain reliable pricing and execution streams.
• Investigate trade and execution queries by analyzing transaction flow, pricing behavior, and platform logs.
• Coordinate with Middle Office teams regarding swaps, holidays, session times, and corporate actions.
• Support infrastructure projects and contribute to AI-driven operational automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience supporting MT4, MT5, cTrader, or similar brokerage platforms.
• Strong understanding of bridge technologies, liquidity connectivity, and pricing operations.
• Knowledge of CFDs, Forex, and brokerage infrastructure.
• Experience investigating trades, executions, and pricing-related issues.
• Appropriate rights and documentation for employment in Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, or operational automation.
• Interest or exposure to AI tools for workflow automation (Claude preferred).
• Previous experience within brokerages such as Exness or similar trading environments.
