What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of complex cloud engineering solutions for media use cases, including data warehousing, machine learning, and Generative AI.
• Translate business requirements from Business Intelligence and Marketing Science teams into robust technical specifications.
• Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security standards across all data initiatives.
• Mentor and coach the data engineering team to uphold high standards of collective output and professional growth.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously evolve the engineering practice.

Requirements

• Extensive experience building GCP solutions within Marketing Analytics and Machine Learning domains.
• Deep expertise in data warehousing and ETL development using BigQuery, Dataflow, and Cloud Composer.
• Strong proficiency in Python (including Apache Airflow and Apache Beam) and SQL for production-grade solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, and Cloud Functions.
• Proven knowledge of DevOps best practices, specifically using Terraform and GitHub Actions.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Google Cloud Professional Certifications (Data Engineer, ML Engineer, or Cloud Architect).
• Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising concepts.
• Experience guiding teams through technology adoption and organizational change.
• Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
