What you will do

• Lead delivery across data engineering projects and technical workstreams.
• Design and implement scalable cloud data platforms and pipelines using Databricks.
• Define scope, priorities, and delivery plans in collaboration with enterprise clients.
• Review architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices.
• Manage project milestones, risks, and dependencies using agile ceremonies.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to repeatable delivery frameworks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Proven experience with Databricks in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Spark, orchestration tools, and ETL/ELT patterns.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US (No Visa Sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• Experience in Financial Services or Banking industry.
