What you will do

• Drive the AI Platform roadmap and delivery, aligning priorities with enterprise AI strategy and client use-cases.
• Develop core platform capabilities, including agent orchestration, memory management, and knowledge retrieval pipelines.
• Build a modular, interoperable platform architecture for flexible composition of AI capabilities.
• Enable downstream teams by providing well-defined APIs and platform abstractions to accelerate development.
• Establish evaluation frameworks for platform performance, focusing on response quality, trust, latency, and reliability.
• Stay current with LLM advancements and multi-agent architectures to guide continuous platform evolution.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of product management experience with technical platforms and enterprise SaaS products.
• Demonstrated experience operationalizing AI/ML-powered products in production.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, agent orchestration, and retrieval systems (embeddings, LLMs).
• Track record of shipping AI platforms from zero-to-one and scaling them through iteration.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose system gaps and translate them into structured improvements.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Stamford, CT.
