What you will do

• Provide prompt front-line technical support to internal users via tickets, email, chat, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues, escalating to senior team members when necessary.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals while implementing security best practices.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights using identity and access management principles.
• Prepare new hire hardware for deployment and lead weekly new hire orientations.
• Document incidents and solutions in the knowledge base following ITIL best practices.

Requirements

• Experience with Zoom, Slack, Okta, Confluence, JIRA, and ServiceNow.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP protocols.
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Good oral and written English communication skills.
• Must be based in Singapore for onsite work.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
• Experience with network firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Understanding of information security principles and best practices.
