What you will do
- Architect agentic systems featuring planning, memory, tool integration, and multi-agent delegation.
- Implement prompt and context strategies, retrieval, and reranking for production-ready LLMs.
- Develop offline evaluation sets and online LLM-as-judge loops to ensure system quality.
- Optimize performance through prompt caching, batching, and token budget management to meet latency targets.
- Contribute to open-source agent frameworks and provide bug reports for vendor orchestration services.
- Mentor team members via design reviews, code reviews, and technical writing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI Engineering with a strong backend focus.
- Deep understanding of ML fundamentals, including transformers, attention mechanisms, and tokenization.
- Proven experience building production systems with models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, including asynchronous programming, typing, and observability.
- Fluent English communication skills.

- Experience with multi-agent coordination.
- Experience with multimodal models, including vision-language, document AI, or audio.
