What you will do

• Architect agentic systems featuring planning, memory, tool integration, and multi-agent delegation.
• Implement prompt and context strategies, retrieval, and reranking for production-ready LLMs.
• Develop offline evaluation sets and online LLM-as-judge loops to ensure system quality.
• Optimize performance through prompt caching, batching, and token budget management to meet latency targets.
• Contribute to open-source agent frameworks and provide bug reports for vendor orchestration services.
• Mentor team members via design reviews, code reviews, and technical writing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI Engineering with a strong backend focus.
• Deep understanding of ML fundamentals, including transformers, attention mechanisms, and tokenization.
• Proven experience building production systems with models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, including asynchronous programming, typing, and observability.
• Fluent English communication skills.
