What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance and coaching for professional growth.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle from planning and design to deployment.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Define technical strategies, standards, and best practices for the team.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize tasks and meet customer needs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to promote innovation and efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
• At least 1 year of experience in a management role.
• Strong technical background with expertise in Kotlin, Swift, C++, Java, or Python.
• Proven track record of leading software development teams and delivering projects on schedule.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
